# Acceptable Use and Submissions Policy

By The Workshaped Lab · Effective October 17, 2026 · Last updated October 17, 2026

This policy is part of our [Terms](/terms/) with Summit Holdings Alliance LLC (doing business as Workshaped) ("Workshaped", "we", "us"). It covers how you may use workshaped.ai and our Blueprints, and the rules for anything you send us.

## 1. Using the site

Please don't:

- try to get into paid content, access pages or other people's orders without paying or without permission, or share access links outside your license;
- probe, scan or test the site's security, get around rate limits or the verification check, or overload the site (responsible security reports are welcome at hello@workshaped.ai);
- send automated or bulk form submissions, or use the forms to send spam, advertising or malware;
- copy our paid content into other products, or scrape the site in a way that ignores our robots.txt. Reading and citing our public pages, including by AI tools, is welcome;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent who you work for.

## 2. Using Blueprints

You use Blueprints in your own AI assistant and accounts (and, for the optional developer kit, on your own systems). Use them lawfully and responsibly, and follow your AI provider's own usage rules. Don't use a Blueprint (including the developer kit), or any agent built from one, to:

- send spam or messages people haven't agreed to receive, or break email, text or calling laws (such as CAN-SPAM or the TCPA);
- get into accounts, mailboxes or systems you aren't authorized to use;
- break the terms of service of a website or platform, including rules against automated access, bulk job applications, or automated purchasing;
- file false or inflated claims, disputes, chargebacks, insurance claims, medical bill disputes or refund requests;
- paste, upload or process other people's personal, health or financial data without the right to do so, or in breach of laws that apply to you (for example HIPAA, if you are a covered entity or business associate);
- harass, discriminate against, deceive or harm anyone;
- remove or weaken the guardrails in a Blueprint's prompts or developer kit and then rely on the result or let it act without a person watching. If you change the limits, the results are yours;
- pass off AI drafts as checked facts, or submit them to anyone (a merchant, insurer, employer, court or agency) without checking that they're true.

### Subscription Cancellation Guide (prompt pack and developer kit)

With the prompt pack you do every click yourself. With either one:

- Use it only on accounts that are yours, or that you are authorized to manage.
- Don't use it to cancel someone else's service without their permission, or to get around a merchant's identity checks, CAPTCHAs or phone-only cancellation.
- With the developer kit, approve each cancellation, or switch on fully automatic mode only once you trust it. Either way, check the merchant's confirmation and your next statement.

### Gift Price Finder

With the prompt pack, follow each store's terms when you or your AI look up prices, and don't use it to buy in bulk or for resale or to get around purchase limits. With the optional developer kit:

- Before you mark a store as allowing automated access, read its terms. If they don't allow automated access, leave it off and check that store yourself.
- Don't use it, or anything you build from it, to buy in bulk or for resale, or to get around purchase limits, queues, CAPTCHAs or anti-bot measures.
- Don't change it to add items to carts, check out, place orders, type into pages, follow other sites' links, or use someone else's account.
- Keep the number of stores and how often you run it reasonable, so it doesn't put a load on a store's site.

## 3. What you can submit

Our "Get featured" form, "Build this next" votes, the work-with-us form and newsletter signup are the only ways to send us content through the site. You must be at least 18 to submit.

When you submit a use case, you confirm (the form asks you to tick each one):

- you built it, or you have the right to share it;
- it contains no confidential client data, personal data about other people, trade secrets or passwords;
- you agree we may feature it and edit it for length and clarity.

Please don't submit:

- names, emails, account numbers or health details of customers, patients or employees;
- anything you're under a duty to keep confidential;
- content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit;
- claims about results you know are false;
- links to malware, phishing or spam;
- text that tries to instruct AI systems (ours or anyone's) to do things.

## 4. How we handle submissions

- **Private queue.** Everything you send goes into a private review queue. Nothing is published or shown on the site automatically.
- **Human review.** A person reads every submission. We may decline anything, for any reason, and we don't have to tell you why.
- **Your approval first.** If we want to feature your use case, we'll write it up and send it to you before it's published. You can ask for changes or say no.
- **Credit.** You choose to be credited by display name (with an optional link) or anonymously. Your email is never shown publicly.
- **Results.** Numbers you report are marked as self-reported unless we have verified them.
- **No payment.** Submissions are voluntary. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, we don't pay for submissions or features.
- **Removal.** If you change your mind after a feature is published, email hello@workshaped.ai and we'll take it down or remove your name within a reasonable time. Copies others have already made may be outside our control.

## 5. License you give us

You keep ownership of what you submit. By submitting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit for length and clarity, and, after you have approved the write-up, publish and share your submission (including in our newsletter, social posts and the machine-readable versions of our pages) with the credit you chose. The license for publishing continues for as long as the feature stays up, and it ends for future uses when you ask us to take it down.

**Ideas.** We get many ideas, and we may already be working on something similar. Sending an idea doesn't create any confidentiality obligation or entitle you to payment if we build something like it. Please don't send us anything you need us to keep confidential.

## 6. Reporting problems

To report content on the site that infringes your rights, see the copyright section of our [Terms](/terms/). For anything else, email hello@workshaped.ai.

## 7. Enforcement

If you break this policy, we may remove content, refuse submissions, block access to the site, and end your Blueprint license as described in the Terms.
