Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Summit Holdings Alliance LLC (doing business as Workshaped), a Wyoming limited liability company ("Workshaped", "we", "us"). Workshaped runs workshaped.ai and publishes as The Workshaped Lab. They cover your use of the site, our free content, and anything you buy from us.
Please read them. If you don't agree, don't use the site or buy from us. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Disclaimers are part of these terms.
1. Who can use the site
You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or submit anything. If you buy or submit for a business, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for it, and "you" includes that business.
2. What we offer
- Free content. Ideas, use-case articles, free outlines and kickstart prompts. Some articles describe synthetic tests rather than real businesses; each one says which.
- Blueprints. Paid digital downloads. A Blueprint is a pack of written prompts and instructions that you use in an AI assistant you choose (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok or Muse). It includes a worked example, a test checklist with synthetic sample data, and a printable guide. Blueprints also include an optional developer kit (code, a workflow file and tests) for technical users. Each Blueprint page shows the date its prompts were tested and how they were tested.
- Done-for-you work. Pilots and consulting are quoted separately and governed by their own written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement wins for that work.
3. Buying a Blueprint
- Payment. Stripe processes every payment. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
- Price and taxes. Prices are shown in US dollars. Sales tax, VAT or similar tax is calculated at checkout based on your location and added where required. We may change prices at any time; a change doesn't affect an order you've already paid for.
- Delivery. After payment you are sent straight to a private access page. Access links expire after 7 days; you can get a fresh one from the link in your Stripe checkout confirmation. Download your files while your link is active and keep your own copy.
- Receipts. Stripe emails you a receipt.
- Mistakes. If a price or description on the site is clearly wrong, we may cancel the order and refund it in full.
4. Updates
For 12 months after purchase, if a change to a listed AI assistant or tool stops the Blueprint's prompts or documented setup from working as described, we will re-test the Blueprint and, where we can reasonably fix it, make the updated version available to you at no charge. AI assistants change often and answer differently from day to day, so this covers breakage we can reproduce, not every difference in wording or quality. After 12 months, updates are at our discretion. We may retire a Blueprint from sale; if we do, buyers keep the files they downloaded and the license below.
5. Your license
When you pay, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that Blueprint:
- for your own personal use, or inside your own business; and
- to set it up for one client business per purchase, if you build for others. Each additional client business needs its own purchase.
You may paste the prompts into any AI assistant you use, save your own copies, and change the prompts and files to fit your work. You may not:
- resell, sublicense, share, or give away the Blueprint or any substantial part of it, changed or unchanged;
- publish it, post it in a public repository, or include it in a template pack, course or marketplace, or make the prompts available to others, for example as a public or shared custom GPT, assistant, shared chat link or prompt library;
- share your access link with people outside your license; or
- remove our notices from the files.
Some Blueprints include open-source components (for example, code libraries) under their own licenses. Those licenses apply to those components, and nothing here limits your rights under them.
Free content (outlines, kickstart prompts) is yours to use for your own work. Please don't republish it in bulk or present it as your own.
6. Using a Blueprint is your responsibility
Blueprints are used in your accounts, not ours: your own AI assistant account and, if you use the optional developer kit, your own computer or n8n and your own AI provider API key. You also use your own email, calendar, files, store and other accounts. That means:
- You choose your AI provider, and its terms apply. Whatever you paste or upload into an AI assistant goes to that provider under its own terms, privacy policy and data settings, not ours. We don't receive it. Check its settings for training and data retention before you paste anything (most Blueprint pages show where those settings are, as checked on the date shown).
- The AI drafts; you act. In the prompt packs, the AI reads what you paste or upload and, where a pack asks it to, looks things up on the public web (for example, current prices). It produces drafts and checklists. You decide what to send, pay, book, cancel or buy, and you do it yourself. Don't switch on an assistant's agent, browsing-and-clicking or checkout mode for a Blueprint unless the pack says to.
- Check every output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Treat it as a draft and check it against your own documents and the original source before you rely on it.
- You pay any costs from your providers (for example an AI subscription or API usage, hosting or software).
- Read the guide and try the included sample first (for the developer kit, run its tests and sandbox first).
- You follow the terms of every service you connect. Some websites don't allow automated access; it's your job to check.
- Don't paste or upload other people's personal, health or financial information (customers, patients, employees, family members) unless you have the right to share it with your AI provider. You are responsible for meeting the laws that apply to you, including any rules on sending that data to an AI provider.
7. Developer kits that can act for you
The prompt packs don't act in your accounts. The optional developer kits are for technical users. They are optional, and you use them at your own risk under this section and the rest of these terms. Some developer kits can act for you in your own accounts. They come with limits built in code: an allowlist of the actions and targets you permit, approval of each action by default, opt-in automatic mode, caps, a kill switch and a log of every step. They never ask for, store or type card numbers. We are not a party to anything the software does between you and a third party, and you are responsible for every action the software takes on your accounts under the settings you choose.
Subscription Cancellation Guide. The prompt pack only tells you which button to click and which offers to turn down; you do all the clicking. Developer kit: it runs on your computer, in a separate browser window that you sign in to yourself, and cancels one subscription at a time from the list you give it. It stays on the merchant's own website, turns down retention offers (discounts, free months, pauses, downgrades), and never clicks anything that costs money or changes your payment method. By default, you approve each click that could end a subscription. If you switch on fully automatic mode, it makes that final click itself after a 60-second undo window. It stops and tells you when a merchant only cancels by phone, asks for card details, asks you to sign in, or shows a CAPTCHA or robot check. It counts a cancellation as done only when the merchant's own confirmation email arrives, and it logs every step with a screenshot. We don't guarantee that a merchant will process a cancellation, stop billing you, or give a refund; those decisions are the merchant's. Check your next statement.
Gift Price Finder. The prompt pack compares prices from information you or the AI find and tells you where the lowest delivered price is. It never buys and doesn't send alerts. Developer kit: it's a price-check and price-alert tool. It runs on your computer, in a separate browser window, and checks the stores you list for the exact gifts on your list. It tells you the lowest delivered price it found, with a link to that offer on the store's website, and alerts you when a price drops, reaches your target, or comes back in stock. It never buys anything. It doesn't add items to your cart, go to checkout, or place orders, and it never enters payment details. Price checks don't need you to sign in to any store. If you want to buy, you open the store's link and add the item to your cart and check out yourself, on the store's terms.
It only opens stores you have marked as allowing automated access after reading their terms, only pages their robots.txt allows, and it stays on each store's own website: it doesn't follow links to other sites. It never types anything into a page. If a store shows a CAPTCHA or robot check, it stops and gives you a link to check that store yourself. It never tries to get past one. It logs every page it visits with a screenshot.
Other developer kits that can act (for example, the executive assistant kit, which can send emails and manage your calendar under the settings you choose) describe their actions and limits in their setup guide; the same rules apply.
8. Refunds and chargebacks
Blueprints are digital downloads and sales are final once accessed. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or EEA, at checkout you ask for immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access starts; your receipt confirms this. See the Refund Policy for the cases where we fix the problem or refund at our discretion.
If you have a billing problem, please contact us first at hello@workshaped.ai; we usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If you file a chargeback, we may suspend your access to the Blueprint while it's open, and we will respond to the dispute with the order records we hold. If the dispute is decided in your favor, the license for that purchase ends.
9. Things you submit
If you send us a use case, idea or message, our Acceptable Use Policy applies, including the license you give us for anything we feature. We review everything first. Nothing you submit is published automatically.
10. Our content and brand
The site, the Blueprints and our free content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. "Workshaped", "The Workshaped Lab" and our logo are ours. Except for the license in section 5 and normal browsing, these terms don't give you any rights in them.
We publish machine-readable versions of our public pages (such as llms.txt, Markdown copies and feeds) so people and AI tools can read and cite them. Paid Blueprint content is not part of that, and the license in section 5 still applies to it.
11. Copyright complaints
If you believe something on the site infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent: Copyright Agent, Summit Holdings Alliance LLC, by email at hello@workshaped.ai or by mail to Summit Holdings Alliance LLC, 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. Include: your contact details; the work you say is infringed; the page or file on our site; a statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your signature. We may remove material and, where appropriate, end the access of repeat infringers. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
The site, our free content and the Blueprints are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We don't promise that a Blueprint will work with every account, version, store or data set, that AI output will be correct, that a deal is the best price, or that you'll save any particular amount of time or money. Test results describe our runs on synthetic data with one OpenAI model (and, for developer kits, our sandbox), not your AI assistant, your data or your systems. See the Disclaimers.
Some places don't allow some of these exclusions, so some may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, or for AI output you relied on without checking, or for anything an AI model, a third-party service, a merchant or software you configured did on your accounts (including purchases and cancellations you authorized), even if we were told it could happen.
- Our total liability for any claim relating to the site, our content or a purchase is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the product the claim is about in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) US $50.
These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them, including for liability that can't be limited for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
14. Indemnity
If you use a Blueprint or the site in a way that breaks these terms or the law, or that violates someone else's rights or a third party's terms of service (including through actions a developer kit took on your accounts under the settings you chose, or through what you pasted into an AI assistant), you agree to defend and compensate us for the resulting claims, losses and reasonable legal costs. We'll tell you promptly about any such claim and let you take part in the defense.
15. Disputes
Please contact us first at hello@workshaped.ai and give us 30 days to try to resolve the issue informally.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that isn't resolved informally will be decided in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. Either of us may instead bring a claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction, if the claim qualifies.
If you are a consumer in a country or state whose laws give you the right to bring claims in your local courts or under your local law, nothing here takes that right away.
16. Ending access
You can stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or end your access to the site or to a Blueprint if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms (for example, by redistributing a Blueprint), if a payment is reversed, or if the law requires it. Sections that by their nature should survive (licenses already granted and not ended, ownership, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnity, disputes) continue after access ends.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the "last updated" date and, for significant changes, post a notice on the site or email buyers we have an address for. Changes apply going forward. The terms in place when you bought something keep governing that purchase unless you agree otherwise.
18. Other legal terms
- These terms, with the policies they link to, are the whole agreement between us about their subject.
- If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
- If we don't enforce a term right away, we haven't waived it.
- You may not transfer these terms or your license; we may transfer them as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
- Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control.
